In extern market, the recent expansion and modernization of the industrial plant enabled Frigorifico Silva to be one of the two slaughterhouses in Rio Grande do Sul to export to the EU, which attested and awarded the quality and manufacturing excellence that has been sought for almost 40 years by the Silva family.
Brands related to certified British breeds such as Angus and Hereford, are arousing the interest of the foreign market due to the flavor and tenderness of the meat, certified by the demand that the Argentine and Uruguayan beef have, just by being directed to the slaughter of these two races of animals.
